Shipping
We ship physical products to Spain and across the European Union. All prices are shown in EUR (€).
Delivery Times
- Spain (mainland): 3–5 working days
- EU countries: 5–10 working days
- Other international destinations: Please contact us for availability and timescales
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to factors outside our control. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Returns
You may return any item within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer rights law. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at Marc@e-z-solutions.eu with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or was incorrectly supplied by us, in which case we will cover the return cost.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at Marc@e-z-solutions.eu within 30 days of receipt with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge to you.
