These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.e-z-solutions.eu and any purchases made from Sweeping EZS Services S.L (C/ Francisco Moreno Lomeña Nº 7, 29670 San Pedro de Alcántara, Málaga, Spain, VAT: B93056299). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
3. Ordering
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We will confirm your order by email. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Mollie B.V. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment details are handled by Mollie and are not stored by us.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us by email at Marc@e-z-solutions.eu before the 14-day period expires. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at Marc@e-z-solutions.eu within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU or Spanish law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaga, Spain, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
